Andrew Rees BA (Hons) A.C.A

Andrew became a partner in the practice in 1993 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. Since becoming a partner, Andrew has helped to build the business into what it is today. Andrew deals with a wide range of clients with varying business activities and turnovers and specialises in arranging finance for small businesses and diverse business sectors.

Stuart Sheffield F.C.C.A

Stuart qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant while at Stiles & Company in 1970 and became a partner shortly thereafter. Over this time he has gained a wide variety of knowledge in all types of businesses ranging in size from sole traders to medium sized limited companies. This knowledge provides a basis for advising new recruits and trainees alike and is invaluable. Stuart has a hands on approach to dealing with clients and works closely with businesses to assist in their growth.

Diane Blagg C.T.A – Tax Manager

Diane qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2001 and has been with Stiles & Company since August 2003. Diane has a wide range of knowledge in the taxation field and can advise in many areas of taxation including personal tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. Diane can assist with all areas of compliance, for example, completion of Self Assessment Tax Returns and specialises in tax planning for individuals and businesses.

Delia Allott A.C.C.A – Accounts and Audit Manager

Delia qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in August 2003 with Stiles & Company and has been with the firm for over eight years. Delia oversees the client audits and reviews accounts preparation work. She also looks after a team of students training for A.C.C.A. qualifications. Delia deals with a variety of limited companies, including the preparation of their management accounts on a monthly basis. She specialises in reporting to the relevant bodies for Estate Agents.

Darren Parsons A.C.C.A - Accounts Manager

Darren joined Stiles and Co In October 2004 and has progressed quickly within the firm. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in October 2007 and became Accounts Manager shortly after. Darren has a variety of skills within the accounts department and specialises in working closely with businesses to improve their profitability and increase their growth. He deals extensively with new business startups and believes that the first few years of trading are key to their future success.
