At Stiles we offer a service of providing monthly / quarterly management accounts. Management Accounts can be a very important tool for management to have, as it enables them to see how well the business is operating, highlight problems earlier than the annual accounts would and provides a source of information to finance companies (I.e – On renewal of a bank overdraft / Application for finance).

This service is offered for preparation at either your or our premises, depending on what each client requires. Whether you are just starting up in business or you need to plan for the future, cash flow forecasts are a key tool for management to consider. They provide details of future cashflows so that potential short falls or excessive bank balances can be planned for in advance.
